Financing: All financing must be secured prior to the auction. Cash or conventional financing only will be accepted.
Announcements: Any announcements made the week of the auction take precedence over prior printed or advertised material.
Acreage & Survey: Tracts are selling on a per tract basis. Subject to survey prior to closing and price adjusted based on actual survey acreage, plus or minus adjusted from actual advertised acres. Survey costs will be split 50/50 between buyer and seller.
